back on the tracking wagon:
b- smoothie with protein powder, water, mixed berries
s - cheese string, cookie
l - hamburger soup, grapes, kashi bar
s - carrots, cheese string
supper - will either be leftover ragout or some kind of spaghetti and meatballs.
