forgot to post my WI. I weighed wed or something and was at 136.8. Today was 137.2. Both are numbers I'm happy with, down from last week I believe. And that's not bad on the week before TOM! Hopefully next week is a big loss (what usually happens to me at that point in the cycle, or at least used to, when I used to lose weight!).
Feeling good, looking good. that's what matters! have a good weekend! Wish me luck Sunday!
