Hubby had a bunch of cavities filled yesterday at the dentist and asked me to bring him home Burger King. sure, if he wants a treat when he's feeling bad whatever. But I ordered NOTHING for myself! woot! I'm awesome!
However I got home and proceeded to have sugar toast for supper (toast with margarine, sugar and cinnamon on it. mmmm. Especially for somebody who adores toast). I also had a protein bar, but it was barely better than Burger King anyway. oops.

You know, sometimes I'll do something like have cinnamon, sugar, and butter on toast for dinner and feel a little guilty about it- but then I realize that me feeling guilty about it just shows how far I've come. I mean, compared to Burger King, that's practically a healthy meal! So be proud of yourself that sugar and butter are indulgences. Your lifestyle is clearly a really healthy one.
(By the way, I'm awfully jealous of your arms... those are some impressive muscles!)
Be proud! Turning down last food - especially when you are the one getting it - is super hard! Great job!
My mom used to fix me that kind of toast, but we called it cinnamon toast. So yummy, even on whole wheat bread!
You're not really eating margarine are you? You know that's full of transfat poison right? I stick with a transfat free spread for the few times I use it on bread, and only real butter for baking. Saturated fat is better than transfat any day.
Oh I love cinnamon sugar toast!
Great job turning down the fast food!
Good for you for saying no to BK!
it is SO not that bad unless what you REALLY REALLY wanted was BK and were bummed out when all was said and eaten, err, done.

(I echo that OHH that toast reminds me of my childhood as well)
