What's puffed wheat cake?
I thought everybody knew! It's basically like rice krispie cake (you know what that is right?) but instead of rice krispies it's puffed wheat (in the grocery isle [or aisle?]) and instead of marshmallows and butter, it's corn syrup, butter, brown sugar and cocoa. Tres good. I'm sure you could google a recipe (if not let me know and I'll find mine).

It's not almost TOM, surprisingly. I just sometimes get really hard on myself. I went to the gym tonight, did weights, really felt the burn, and then ran for 40 minutes. It was awesome. I think I need to remind myself how amazing I feel when I workout.

Rice Krispie Squares or sometimes Rice Krispie Treats.... Puffed wheat would be goooood though. I think I'll hold off making those until DBF is home to share though.

Hahahah i found it funny that no one in the maritimes *except anyone FROM western canada living in the maritimes* knew what puffed wheat squares were. I think it's hilarious!
